Data Deletion Instructions
Effective date: 5 August 2026
You can withdraw AITG's access to your Meta assets and have every piece of data we hold about you deleted, at any time and free of charge. There are three ways to do it.
Option 1 — Ask us in Telegram
Write “Delete my data” in the same Telegram conversation you use to send us your creatives. This is the fastest route: we handle the request the same working day.
Tell us what you want removed — a specific connected advertising account, or everything including the conversation itself. We destroy the stored access tokens immediately and erase the remaining data within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (for example invoices, under the tax law of Kazakhstan).
Option 2 — Remove the app in your Meta settings
- Go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
- Find AITG in the list.
- Press View and edit to change the granted permissions, or Remove to revoke access entirely.
When you remove the app this way, Meta sends us a data deletion request through the callback we have
registered for the app. On receiving it we destroy the stored access tokens immediately and erase the
associated data within 30 days. The confirmation page for such a request is available at
https://aitg.uz/deletion-status?id=<confirmation_code>, where the confirmation
code is the one shown to you by Meta.
Option 3 — Send us a request by e-mail
Write to privacy@aitg.uz from the e-mail address registered with your account, with the subject line “Data deletion request”, and include:
- your company name and the e-mail address of the account;
- which data you want deleted — a specific connected advertising account, or everything.
We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, to make sure someone else cannot delete your data.
What exactly gets deleted

What is not deleted. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by the tax law of Kazakhstan. Security and audit logs are kept for up to 12 months in a form that records the action but not the campaign content. Aggregated, fully anonymised statistics that can no longer be linked to you may be retained.
Your data inside Meta is not affected. Deleting data from AITG does not delete your campaigns, Pages or advertising account inside Meta. Those remain yours and are managed in Meta's own tools.
